Update 1.2 - in-game instructions

I added a help menu to make things clearer!

other minor quality of life changes, including letting keyboard players use spacebar to hit buttons, touching up the menus, and a bugfix in the nest that would crash the game

I also removed the power flowers that made your frogs faster, as I found they were confusing with all the other stuff that's been added

i also added frog kisses! frogs will follow you for a moment in the maze if u kiss em
